At Circle Seafoods, we have implemented a comprehensive Anti-Drug and Alcohol Policy to support this commitment. This policy applies to all employees and is integral to our goal of fostering a productive and secure work environment.


We reserve the right to conduct random drug tests to ensure compliance. Additionally, any employee involved in a workplace incident may be subject to testing to maintain accountability and transparency.

Employment Requirements

Eligibility:

All applicants must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the United States of America. Proof of eligibility will be required during the hiring process, including completing a Department of Homeland Security I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification form.  An I-9 requires you to provide authentic documentation (originals only – no photocopies) to verify your identity and eligibility to work. 

Background Checks:

As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and secure work environment, we conduct background checks on all prospective employees. This includes verification of employment history, education, and any relevant certifications.
