2026 Fleet Referral Program

Circle Seafoods (Circle) offers members of its fishing fleet (“referrer”) the opportunity to earn a $5,000 referral bonus for each new seiner (“referee”) who they refer to Circle. The bonus is activated when the referee delivers 300,000 pounds of salmon.

Referral bonuses are paid at the end of the salmon season. Maximum 4 referral bonuses per referrer.

Fleet referral bonuses are paid at the discretion of Circle Seafoods.

To Qualify

1. The referrer must have delivered fish to Circle during the 2025 salmon season.
2. The referrer must play a significant role in recruiting the referee. This is beyond providing contact information and can include activities such as:
   •  Attending a phone call with the referee and a representative of Circle.
   •  Participating in a group messaging conversation with the referee and a representative of Circle.
   •  Answering questions that the referee has during the recruiting and onboarding phases.
   •  Playing a major role in the referee’s decision to join the Circle fleet
3. The referee must hold a permanent spot in the Circle fleet.
4. The referee must deliver 300,000 pounds during the 2026 salmon season that meet the standards of Circle’s Quality Program.
5. Referee must identify the referrer at the outset of the recruiting process.
