Alaska Pink Salmon Fillets
Ultra low temp frozen pink salmon fillets. Contains 3 portions, skin-on, individually vacuum sealed.
Ingredients
Pink Salmon(Oncorhynchus gorbuscha).
Caught In USA.
Preparation Guidelines
1. Pat the salmon dry
- Use paper towels to remove any moisture from the skin and flesh.
- This helps achieve a crispy skin and prevents steaming.
2. Season generously
- Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides.
- Optionally, add a squeeze of lemon or a light rub of garlic.
3. Preheat your pan
- Use a stainless steel or cast-iron pan over medium-high heat.
- Let it heat for at least 2–3 minutes until hot.
4. Add oil
- Pour in 1–2 teaspoons of oil and swirl to coat.
- Heat until the oil shimmers (but doesn’t smoke).
5. Place salmon skin-side down
- Gently lay the salmon filet skin-side down in the hot pan.
- Press down lightly with a spatula to keep the skin flat.
6. Sear the skin
- Let it cook undisturbed for 4–5 minutes (depending on thickness) until the skin is crisp and the salmon is cooked about ¾ of the way up.
7. Flip carefully
- Turn the salmon over and cook for 1–2 more minutes, just to finish the top side.
- Optional: Add a pat of butter and a sprig of thyme or dill to baste.
8. Rest and serve
Remove from pan and let rest for a minute.
Serve with lemon wedges or a drizzle of olive oil.

WOW!
As a former Alaskan I consider myself a fish snob. This products tast and texture is the same as fresh out of the ocean. No need to thaw, just open the package and into the pan or BBQ! Last min high protein meal for the family that tastes and looks like you spent hours preparing!. Ill be buying it more often! -
Fantastic!
We eat a lot of Wild salmon from Alaska, and were amazed at the high quality of this mild tasting pink salmon. The portion size was perfect, and it only 7 minutes at 400 Degrees in our air fryer. Salt, pepper, olive oil and a little soy sauce. Delicious! We'll be making this a regular part of our meal planning. -
This ULT Pink Don't Stink
I had low expectations as my experience with frozen seafood and specifically pink salmon has been historically dismal, but I took a shot because the bag caught my eye and I googled the company and they seemed like they were taking a creative approach to really address some of the problems with frozen Alaska salmon. This doesn't even taste like the same product as other frozen pink salmon I've tried. Unbelievably good...the affordable price point is icing on the cake. My new go to for quick, healthy dinners.
